Defining Tulmur | Ipswich - Community Life

What is Community Life?

A community is a group of people who might come from diverse backgrounds, but who are now linked by place and shared stories. Community encompasses private, public and social life, it can be based on a shared purpose and a shared sense of identity. Communities can form within families, schools, sports clubs, churches or social groups. Our shared experiences of commemorating past events, what we eat, what we wear and what we do in our spare time, helps us to identify ourselves within our communities.
