Description

DescriptionThe Christian Brothers Residence was opened by Archbishop Dunn on February 1892. Construction began in 1891. It was designed by architects Simkin and Ibler. The original building comprised of the central portion and the right-hand projection. The matching western projection was added in 1928. Now known as St Edmund's College from Ipswich.
