John Wheeler Boatwright was born on 3rd July 1836 in Addington, Surrey, England. He married Ellen Jude on 29 August 1864 in Penrith, New South Wales. The witnesses at the wedding were Charles Peachey and his wife Elizabeth (nee Jude).

Ellen Boatwright, nee Jude (1843-1912)

Ellen was born in April 1843 in Dudley, Staffordshire, United Kingdom. She was the daughter of James William Jude and Susan (nee Sharp). The Jude Family migrated to Australia on the "General Hewitt" on the 5th December 1854.

Ellen died on 9th March 1912 in Ipswich, Queensland and she was buried in the Church of England Section of the Ipswich General Cemetery.

Susan Isabella McCoombes, nee Boatwright (1876-1952)

Susan Isabella Boatwright, daughter of John Wheeler and Ellen Boatwright (nee Jude) was born 14th November 1876 in Ipswich, Queensland, Australia. Susan married Samuel David McCoombes (Twin), son of George (McComb) McCoombes and Mary Lattimer, on 9th November 1897 in West Ipswich, Ipswich, Queensland, Australia.

Samuel David McComb/McCoombes (1875-1929)

Samuel was born on 9th April in 1875 in Ballybay, Monaghan, Ireland. He was the twin brother of Elizabeth McComb/McCoombes. Samuel and Elizabeth were the children of George McCoombes and Mary (nee Lattimer). His birth name McComb, changed when he migrated to Australia to McCoombes.

Samuel whose occupation was Labourer died on 1 September 1929 in Churchill, Queensland, Australia.
