DescriptionExterior view of Faulkner Motors, Ipswich. Faulkner Motors was established during the 1920s, catering for the growing motoring enthusiasm. Originally based in Brisbane Street, the business moved to the corner of South and East Street in 1958 (the 2014 location of the Ipswich Library and Information Service). Mannequins in the window depict a family picnic with their Holden Station wagon during Holden’s Spring Carnival promotion.
