The Kronicle & The Community Chronicle
Description
History
The Kronicle was produced by the Karana Downs & District Progress Association.
The Rotary Club of Karana Downs commenced publishing The Community Chronicle in December 2010. It began with a distribution of 5,000 copies being delivered to houses in the suburbs of Karana Downs, Mt Crosby, Karalee, Chuwar, Kholo, and Barellan Point.
Both the Kronicle and the Community provided opportunities for community groups to promote their activities and local businesses to advertise their services and products to their community.
During the Kronicle and Community Chronicle's run, major boundary changes resulted in the suburbs being part of Moreton Shire, City of Ipswich, and Brisbane City Council.
