In developing an online ‘Queensland Atlas of Religion’ in partnership with State Library, they are identifying sites, stories and activities that capture Queensland’s religious diversity and the vitality of religious community life.

This talk is an opportunity to hear about work completed to date, and contribute ideas and topics for future work in the 'Queensland Atlas of Religion' (which is to be launched online next year).

About the PresenterAbout the presenter:
Associate Professor Geoff Ginn is an historian and convener of the The University of Queensland History program. He has been an active public historian since the 1990's researching aspects of social history, urban history, museums and heritage. Geoff is a former member of the Board of the Queensland Museum (finishing in 2023), and the Library Board of Queensland (2005-2008). He is co-leading UQ and SLQ’s ‘Queensland Atlas of Religion’ project, supported by an Australian Research Council Linkage grant (2019-2023).
