Bartlett Quillan was the overseer at Red Bank (Redbank).

A man by the name of Bartholomew aged 19 was transported on Asia I (3) in 1825. At just 19 years of age he was tried in 1824 in Cavan and received a life sentence. His occupation was listed as Shoemaker.

Bartely Quillan transported on the 'Asia' in 1825, was given a Conditional Pardon on 20 December 1848.

At the age of thirty-seven, Bartley requested permission to marry Elizabeth Cullen, aged twenty. Elizabeth came to Moreton Bay as a "free" passenger aboard the 'Lady Clarke CF'.
