John Drew, a prisoner of the Crown attached to the Ploughed Station, was brought before the Bench charged by Mr. Thomson, the Government overseer, with disobedience of orders, by refusing to shepherd a flock of sheep. The case being fully proved, the prisoner was sentenced to fourteen days’ imprisonment in the cells at Brisbane.
