The first 50 years of IGGS tells a story of changing attitudes to girls' education and provides insight into schooling from 1892 to the 1940s. Join Hellen Pullar as she talks about the foundation years.

About Helen Pullar OAM:
Helen attended IGGS as did her two sisters and two daughters. She is currently Co-President of the Old Girls Association. Even as a schoolgirl Helen had a fascination for the school's history, this continued during her teaching career and later as Development Officer.

Volunteering as IGGS Archivist since 2014, Helen currently devotes a great deal of time to both the Archives and the Museum which she is establishing in the original heritage listed school building.
