DescriptionFor the 150th anniversary (Sesqui-Centenary) of Ipswich Council supported an annual scholarship to assist postgraduate or honours students at the Ipswich Campus to write a report on a topic relating to the history of Ipswich. The third scholarship was awarded to Rosemary Adsett in 2004.
