DescriptionIrish retailer T.C. (Tom) Beirne started a small branch of the store in August 1893. These premises at the corner of Nicholas and Union Streets were built in 1902. It would later become Waltons. It would be sold in 1987 and demolished to form part of the Ipswich CBD redevelopment.References (offline)R.
