DescriptionWilliam was born on 1 May 1833 and died on 27 August 1908. He travelled from Coventry in England with his wife Harriet and their three children, arriving in Australia on 18 May 1863.

He took up land at Kholo in 1870 where he farmed the land and he worked at the Tivoli coal mine.
