By: Geoff Thompson18th Jun 2022 11:16PMThere was a family portrait taken at the 80th Birthday celebrations. I can only find a detail that I copied with a bromide machine. So there is a dot screen through it.
In the photo, my grandmother, May Palmer (nee Esther May Cribb) is on the left, with her daughter, my aunt Olmai. May's father, Harry is to the right of the cake, I can't identify the other children but they will be cousins of Olmai and my late mum, Meg, who was born in January that year.
My late cousin Viva Cribb lent the original to me, sometime in the late 80s.
I also have a photo of the 50th Birthday cake, copied from an image that Viva had copied.
I would have posed both here but that seems to be impossible. I have added them to the Facebook post that linked to this blog.
