DescriptionDan Dempsey (O'Dempsey) was a Rugby League Test representative from Ipswich. He played with Ipswich in the 1930s, and represented Queensland and Australia between 1928 and 1932. He was named in the '100 Greatest Players, 1908-2007' list by the National Rugby League. Dan was the licensee of the Ulster Hotel in Ipswich.
