DescriptionIrish retailer T. C. (Tom) Beirne started as mall store in August 1893. In 1902, he built his main store on the corner of Nicholas and Union Streets. This marine centre was next door to Cribb & Foote Ltd., Building Supplies and Steel Merchants.
