Original deed was granted to Daniel McGrath on 12 February 1881. A short time later on 22 July of the same year, Clarissa Cribb inherited the property from her husband Benjamin Cribb. |

Elizabeth Haigh inherited the property on 3 August 1891. Elizabeth was the daughter of Benjamin and Clarissa Cribb. At this stage it appears the Elizabeth also gains an easement to the property next door. The easement was once owned by well-known saddlers in the area, Fleischmanns. |

The Lot transferred a parcel or easement to the Pearson Wesley Cameron who would become Mayor in 1917. |

Elizabeth Haigh died at the age of 75 on 8 October 1936. |

The Executors of the Estate of Mrs. E. Haigh sold her property in Nicholas Street to Edward Saba of Warwick. On the ground floor was a shoe store and dress salon and on the top floor was a dental chambers and a hairdressing salon. The property was described as: 33ft frontage and a depth of tow chains. Edward intended to occupy the ground floor for business purposes and to undertake improvements to the premises, including the remodelling of the shop fronts. QT 09.04.1937 |

Edward Saba took over the Title and operated a haberdashery store. This was the first transfer outside of the family. Edward sold the property in 1961. |
