The survey plan of 1922 shows that Christiana Nash (spinster) owned the property at that time. When she died in 1942, she was residing at 36 Warwick Road. Christiana owned Subdivision 2 of allotment 4 of section 88 in Ipswich. Ethel May Nash was named as the claimant for the estate.

In 1954 an article in the Queensland Times noted a bridge party held at 'Ensenada' in Lyon Street. Mr. and Mrs. H. C. Vincent and their friends often gathered there for a bridge party and get together.

In the 1950s 'Esenada' was the home of Mr. and Mrs. H. C. Vincent.
