DescriptionIpswich Central Boys School relocated to the Milford Street site in 1901. The Ipswich Central Girls' & Infants State School would join them, on an adjoining block, in 1915. The Girls' & Infants relocated to Griffiths Road in 1961 (current location), with the Boys' joining them in 1974, when they combined to become Ipswich Central State School.
