Photos and profiles of recipients of the 1997 and 1998 Ipswich City Council Sporting Bursary. The profiles were included in the Ipswich Global Information Centre Time Capsule. The time capsule was placed in the Barry Jones Auditorium on the 18th May 1998, with an opening date scheduled for 25 years later on the 18th May 2023.
