The land on which Keiraville stands was sold as separate lots in 1884. Built c.1886 Keiraville has had a series of owners and occupancies by members of the Cribb family. In 1938 it became a manse for the Congregational Church and in 1992 it became the Counselling Centre of Lifeline Community Care Ipswich and West Moreton.
