Michael Fitzpatrick was 28 years old when he was convicted in Ireland in 1839. He was one of twenty-five prisoners who were forwarded to Moreton Bay in the Schooner "Curlew" in the same year that he arrived in Australia.
The Index of Moreton Bay Convicts 1824-1839 includes an entry for Michael Fitzpatrick who was a convict from Sydney who was working in Moreton Bay.
