DescriptionPatrick and Mary were the children of James and Catherine Mullins (nee Ward). The Mullins family owned Kilkenny Farm opposite Redbank State School. Jack worked for Lewis Thomas of Brynhyfryd and remained unmarried at the family farm. Mary Ellen was a teacher. At this time she was teaching at Norwell State School. (The horse was named 'Polish').
