Ipswich Mid-Century Chic explored the growth of new suburbs and the changing streetscapes of Ipswich from the 1940s to 1969. This was a period that saw Ipswich house design shift from the classic Queenslander, austere post-war era to architecturally designed mid-century modern classics.
The event was held at Level 1, Nicholas Street, Ipswich, and was part of Galvanized: A Festival of Heritage 2022.
