Nunukal Yuggera opened the 2020 Galvanized festival with dance, song and story, in a traditional welcome ceremony held at the Memorial Park, Nicholas Street.
Following the Welcome to Country, invited guests gathered in the Lord Lamington Suite for an official opening and panel discussion by historians Dr Toni Risson, Judith Nissen, Cr Marnie Doyle and led by Council's Heritage Advisor Daniel Keenan.
