The twelfth annual Design, Heritage, Environment and Student Awards was held on 20 June 2003 at the Ripley Community Church. The Master of Ceremonies was Chris Bombolas, television and radio presenter. The Guest Presenter was John Brannock, Town Planner and Heritage Adviser.
