DescriptionClaire was a trainee nurse at Ipswich Hospital. Her mother, Queenie (nee Jones), was noted for her honey cookery. Her father, Ted Evans, managed a Beegoods Factory at Goodna for H. L. Jones & Sons. In 1947, he inaugurated the Australian Honey Institute. This photograph was taken during a session with the Courier Mail, focusing on the uses of honey.
