The grand opening sale for Mansour's store, located next to Adams's cake shop, in Colthup Chambers in Brisbane Street, occurred in May 1930. The Ipswich Fruit Mart was opposite in the Queensland Times building. In 1951 the business was located at 175 Brisbane Street. For some period of time they were located at 185 Brisbane Street.
The retail business sold drapery including "ladies and gents wear" and boyswear.
In about 1945 Lutveys bought Mansour's shop at 185 Brisbane Street.
The Vintage Advantage now trades from Lutvey's old store at 185 Brisbane Street. The Lutveys name can still be seen at the entrance of this store.
