DescriptionSeries of images of celebrations in Sydney on Armistice Day. Forms part of a photograph album of Arthur George Bennett. Images thought to have been taken by Arthur Bennett but not verified. Arthur worked at the Ipswich Railway Workshops where he did his apprenticeship before serving overseas in World War 1. In 1961 he returned from his position as Foreman of the Westinghouse Brake Shop at the Ipswich Workshops. (see other records on this website for more information on Arthur Bennett)
