Description13 McGill Street ˜Villa Esrum" was built in 1912. The first owners moved in in 1913 and apparently were farmers who owned the land around the house. House numbers in the presentation include 13, 39, 28 and a streetscape of numbers 2 and 4. No 4 being a general store owned by John and Shirley McInally. .
