Description
DescriptionSeries of images of the memorial that was unveiled in December 1917, at its original site beside the Burnett Street Bridge. In 1967 the stone was damaged beyond repair. It was removed to its current site with a capping stone placed on top. A replacement soldier was manufactured and unveiled on 8 November 2003
