DescriptionArticle in Queensland Times newspaper in December 1894 “One of the most progressive and well-conducted businesses of the town is certainly that presided over by Mr. E. W. F. Kruger at Brisbane St. West Ipswich who some couple of years ago commenced on his own account in the coach-building and general-smith line. Mr Kruger worked for about six years as head blacksmith for Mr A. E. Roberts. Previous to his coming to Ipswich Mr Kruger’s superior work secured prizes in New South Wales”.
