Description

DescriptionPrivate Fleischmann of 4 Arthur Street, Woodend served in the 11th Field Ambulance, 1st AIF, 3rd Division during World War I. The image on the left is the front of the Christmas card. The image on the right is the inside verse and greeting. The card is official military issue. Harold enlisted in February 1916 and embarked from Sydney on Beltana in June 1917. He served in France and returned to Australia for discharge in 1919.
