DescriptionRose Keates (nee Haines), Mrs Keates, Florrie, Emily. Home built ca. 1910. Floor laid by Jack Bowles (his first job). Typical Queenslander. Studs and bracing of walls exposed on exterior. Veranda at least on three sides. Decorative capitols on veranda posts. Separate guttering for each roof. Vegetable garden in front of house.
