DescriptionAudio of 15 minute interview where George talks of his experience during the Ipswich floods. He describes the Brigade's initial help with filling sandbags and then as part of a Strike Team being sent to Goodna to help clear public thoroughfares, etc. to allow residents back into the flood affected areas. The floods occurred in January and peaked on Wednesday 12 January 2011. More detailed information can be found in the local and Brisbane newspapers of the time.
