Description
DescriptionRodeo program of events including: bullock riding, trick roping, buckjumping. The contestants were from Queensland and the United States' Army. Originally advertised to be held at the North Ipswich Reserve, because of safety concerns from the Council and Police the event was moved to land beside the Woollen Mills. An attendance of around 4000 was noted, in the Queensland Times. After the second event the show was cancelled as a bullock escaped through the crowd.
