Description
DescriptionImage in "Book of Views" published by Macfarlane & Sons to celebrate the Golden Jubilee of Queen Victoria in 1887. This lithograph is part of a series that was believed to be commissioned by Macfarlanes, from original photographs and processed overseas. The original church was built in 1855 in Brisbane Street, nearly opposite Wharf Street. This church was erected in 1871 and the old church became the Sunday School. In 1958 a new Church was erected on the south east corner of East and Roderick Street.
