DescriptionPlaque is beside the E A Richardson Bridge which crosses Woogaroo Creek at Brisbane Terrace Goodna. On the right hand side travelling towards Brisbane. Plaque reads: Ipswich City Council, Depart of Works, E A Richardson Bridge. Designed and constructed by Ipswich City Council staff. Completed July 1980. The Council acknowledges appreciation of the services rendered by its employees.
