DescriptionTranscription of letter to unidentified "Ivy" from Leslie Blandford whilst serving in Gallipoli. Leslie Charles Blandford, son of Woodgate and Edith Blandford (nee Sutton) of South Brisbane, arrived in Gallipoli on 2 June 1915 and died at Gallipoli on 8 August 1915. He is buried at Lone Pine, Gallipoli. This letter was found in the collection that also held Arthur Warren's information, from Ipswich, who died in France in 1916.
